Job Description:

Client Info: The Company operate on a B2B2C model, where we partner with neighbourhood Retail Stores who can offer Assisted Digital Financial Services like Aadhaar ATM, Aadhaar Deposit, SMS Payment, Khata Service, Utility Payment, Prepaid Cards, Mutual Funds & Insurance, Money Transfer, Hyper local Services and payment services like Bharat QR and UPI using the App. The innovative solutions are modelled to make the financial transactions seamless, quick, and easy and strives to empower our Retailer partners.

Qualification: Graduate/ Any Post graduation

Experience: 7 – 10 Years

(Note: Experience in Handling Mumbai and West Zone market is required)

Job Description:-                                              

  • Lead the sales team and channel partners in the assigned Zone
  • Accountable for sales revenue target forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget, scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions
  • Establishes sales objectives by creating a sales plan and quota for districts in support of national objectives
  • Plan, organize, direct and control distributor staff to meet these objectives. Monitor their daily/weekly/periodic performance and compare it with that month's objective.
  • Monitor/ manage KPIs like Sales, Service, Visibility, Outlet expansion, active agent’s % etc.
  • Communicate regularly with all distributors of assigned territory/zone.
  • Maintains direct personal contact with all key stake holders such as Channel Partners (CP) and retailers and responds in a timely manner (24 hours or less) to all requests for information or requirements/issues.
  • Helps CPs establish effective sales and marketing plans
  • Efficiently manage the channel partners
  • Develop and manage channel through partner engagements to drive revenues.
  • Engage new channels for driving business to identify new opportunities
  • Work hand-in-hand with partners through entire sales process
  • Ensure partners have up to date knowledge of new products, features, roadmap, etc. Provide regular training
  • Achieves sales operational objectives by contributing zonal sales information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews
  • Maintains and expands customer base through sales teams and channels
  • Recommends product lines by identifying new opportunities, and/or product, packaging, and service changes; surveying consumer needs and trends; tracking competitors
  • Query resolution at the front end and prompt escalation to the proper authorities within the organization as required
  • Have an eye for detail in entire tasks assigned to ensure proper compliance in all respects
  • Extremely strong team building and motivation skills

Requirements:

  • 7-10 years’ experience working with channel partners and complex channel relationships
  • Strong sales background - Proven sales ability including: pricing, relationship building and management, consultative selling
  • Hands on individual, self-starter
  • Creative thinking and problem solving.
  • Strong human and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent  communication skills is a must
  • High level of knowledge and experience within the telecom industry / FMCG / Pharma / Fintech payments / Similar
  • Can operate with a high degree of independence within agreed policies, targets and budgets
  • 50-60% travel
  • Enjoys working in a team environment and being part of a fast growing company pioneering leading edge technology
  • Good problem solver, prompt reporting to the escalation matrix of any exigencies in the field

 

Topline

  • Acquisitions
  • Revenues from subscriptions or other as specified from time to time
  • Active base of outlets at 85% by ensuring proper choice of outlets and good quality CPs in assigned area/Cluster

 

Monitor acquisitions through the ASM’s

  • Ensure ASM’s report on daily basis by way of meeting or on phone, video etc. using optimum technology tools

 

Ensure that all appointed outlets are actively transacting

  • Work closely with the TSM of the areas
  • Monthly Work Plan for all ASM’s

 

Review and appoint distributors along with the ASM

  • Ensure their CPs are in operation and not withdrawn from business
  • CP ROI management

 

Review and appoint TSM’s along with the ASM

 

Reporting on a weekly basis

  • Monitor the daily reports of the ASM’s closely
  • TSM reports should be reviewed with the ASM
  • Have weekly meetings with the team to strategize for following week and ensure that they are implemented by close follow ups.

 

Cost monitoring and control for entire team handled (TSM/ASM/ CP and Self)

  • Ensure that all claims of team members are on WORK basis and NOT attendance basis.
  • Scrutinise all CP and retailer resignations. Visit/Contact each such case personally along with the Sales Team to assess before any claims are sent for refunds (if applicable) to corporate office through the ZH’s

 

Audit activities of entire sales team from time to time to ensure business hygiene

 

Ensure that all market working norms are met

  • Work personally for 20 full working days in the market each month
