Job Description:
We have an urgent opening for an position of Sales Executive for a reputed Company at Navi Mumbai (Vashi) Location.
Position Overview:
In this exciting role, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new leads, educating potential clients about our comprehensive suite of financial products (Mutual Funds, SIP Investment, Loans, Insurance, Account Opening and Closing, Credit Cards etc.), and exceeding established sales targets.
You will play a crucial role in building long-term relationships with clients and helping them achieve their financial goals.
Responsibilities:
Prospect and lead generation: Utilize various strategies to identify and connect with potential clients, including cold calling, networking, and attending industry events.
Product knowledge and education: Maintain in-depth knowledge of our diverse financial products, including investments, insurance, loans, and retirement planning solutions. Effectively communicate product features, benefits, and risks to potential clients clearly and concisely.
Client needs assessment: Conduct thorough consultations to understand individual client needs, risk tolerance, and financial goals. Recommend appropriate financial products and services tailored to each client's unique circumstances.
Sales presentations and negotiations: Deliver compelling presentations that highlight the value proposition of our products and address client concerns. Negotiate terms and close deals effectively.
Client relationship management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing ongoing support, addressing their inquiries, and exceeding their expectations.
Sales reporting and analysis: Track sales activity, analyze performance metrics, and identify areas for improvement. Prepare regular reports for the sales manager.
Stay informed of market trends and regulations: Maintain a deep understanding of current market conditions, financial regulations, and industry best practices.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in any field (preferably Finance, Business Administration, or a related field)
Minimum of 1 year of experience in direct sales of Banking Products and services
Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Ability to build rapport and trust with clients
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Self-motivated, highly organized, and results-oriented
Excellent time management and prioritization skills
Strong work ethic and commitment to ethical sales practices
