Job Description:
Client Info: The Company operate on a B2B2C model, where we partner with neighbourhood Retail Stores who can offer Assisted Digital Financial Services like Aadhaar ATM, Aadhaar Deposit, SMS Payment, Khata Service, Utility Payment, Prepaid Cards, Mutual Funds & Insurance, Money Transfer, Hyper local Services and payment services like Bharat QR and UPI using the App. The innovative solutions are modelled to make the financial transactions seamless, quick, and easy and strives to empower our Retailer partners.

Job Location: -Western Mumbai / South Mumbai
Head Office Location: Andheri(E)
Education: Graduate in any discipline
Experience: 1.5-3 years of sales experience, in Telecom or FMCG with a consistent proven track record of exceeding targets.
Salary: - 2.5 to 3 lakhs +TA +DA + Incentive (Salary will not be a huge constraint for the right candidate)
Note: Age not over 30 years, preferably married
Job Profile:
- Responsible to achieve annual and monthly sales goals through efficient management and satisfaction of customer needs within assigned geography by regular coverage of assigned area
- Assists in providing sales and product training to key retailers as requested.
- Identify channel partners such as distributors who have a good existing base of retail outlets pertaining to our target end customer
- Proactively support distributor/channel partners in recruiting new qualifying channel partners (Retailers/Agents) as per the defined target.
- Achievement of assigned sales quotas by maximizing promotion and sales activity.
- Provide frequent market feedback on products, competition and market conditions to reporting manager.
- Maintains direct personal contact with all assigned retailers and responds in a timely manner (24 hours or less) to all requests for information or requirements/issues.
- When called upon, TSMs will assist in resolving customer relations problems with both channel partners and end users.
- Demonstrates the ability to provide solutions to customers’ needs in a win -win fashion.
- Helps distributors establish effective sales and marketing plans
- Has a complete knowledge of all assigned product lines.
- Maintains a personal library of sales and other related materials for all assigned product lines.
- Ensures retailer objectives are met by taking up campaigns with distributors help
- Ensure all commitments and promises are made with due approvals as per company processes
- Creates awareness and good word of mouth for the Company brand in the assigned areas
Candidate Profile:
- Achieve reasonable but aggressive sales results.
- Understand the market, the customer and the competition.
- Good communication skills and presence of mind
- Reliable automobile (Two wheeler) and smart phone a must
- Have basic knowledge of computer skills
- Conduct themselves in a professional and courteous manner in all aspects of interaction with channel partners and consumers.
