Plant Operations
Managing the entire plant & process related operations & maintenance activity with a view to
achieve bottom line profitability with organization policy Along with effectively safe plant as well
as personnel operation.

Maintaining Plant production Data, inventory management.
Maintaining documentation related to IMS, OMS, PSM and Operational Discipline..

Erection, Commissioning
Active participation in on-site erection & commissioning of various equipment & machineries and
ensuring effective resource utilisation to maximise the output.
▪
Successful erection & commissioning of Naphtha coalescer for removal of water from crude
column overhead naphtha products.
▪
▪
Successful commissioning of Column overhead heat recovery exchanger system.
Successfully commissioning of Brine Flasher for H2S removal from Brine.
▪
Successfully commissioning of Vacuum Diesel Chloride removal scheme for Diesel yield
emprovement.
▪
Successfully commissioning of New Desalter Installation Project.
