Dispatch Executive - Manufacturing Industry - Mumbai (Nallasopara)

Job Description:

We are having an urgent opening for the position of Dispatch Executive for a reputed company at the Mumbai (Nallasopara) location.

Key Responsibilities:

• Co-ordination for stock related queries and for dispatch purpose.
• Raise Invoices as related to dispatch.
• Follow up with transporter for consignment status till it reaches.
• Maintain minimum stock required for local dispatch as per marketing plan.
• Physically check material against dispatch list before dispatch.
• Planning for dispatch in coordination with department Head.
• To ensure safe, accurate, timely and efficient delivery of all orders while facilitating and supporting drivers and dispatchers as they perform their duties.
• Check orders received from sales team.
• Make packing list of material to be dispatched.
• Maintain FG material stock.
• Update yourself for the processes change or any other duties assigned by the management.
• PRINT ALL THE ORDERS AND PLAN ACCORDING TO PRIORITY.

Timing - 8 AM to 8 PM (May even consider for 9 to 8 depending upon the experience & skills of the candidate)
