Job Description:

We have an urgent opening for an position of Land Revenue Consultant   for a reputed  Company at Navi Mumbai (Vashi) Location.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Procuring and understanding the land revenue records related documentations mentioned below. 
  • Knowledge about Unified Developments, Urban Development, Rural Development, land related regulations, development regulations etc. 
  • Reading and understanding Reading 7/12 Extract, Mutation Entries, 8-A Extract, Dhara Pavti, Gat Book, Akaar Band, Jungle Kharda, Purchase notice to Cidco, Zone certificate, Consent Decree, Deed of Conveyance, POA, Google Map, Village Map, Development Plan, Property Card, Kami Jast Patrak, Pikpani Utara, Aakarfhod/Akarbandh, Revenue Village, Building Plans, Tracing Title- making Note, Flow Chart, Family Tree etc. 
  • Calculation of Area Reading Notification e.g. SRA (Slum Gazette Notification) 
  • Issuing Public Notice, Reply to objection received regarding Public Notice 
  • Checking litigation 
  • In death cases - checking Death Certificate, Probate/Will-details of heirs 
  • Checking Address/PAN Cards, age details of Vendor 
  • Reading POA's if given by Vendors 
  • Checking the legality and validity of documents.
  • Checking previous Title Documents.

Office Time -  9:00 AM to 7:00 PM

Candidates Profile:

  • Job purpose – Understanding and Execution of documents related to acquisition of land.
  • Ensuring the smooth land acquisition process and avoiding any legal consequences.
  • Good knowledge about land acquisition.
