Responsibilities:
- Social Media Strategy:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand awareness, drive engagement, and achieve marketing objectives.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for innovation.
- Content Creation:
- Create and curate compelling content for various social media platforms, including text, image, and video content.
- Ensure content aligns with brand voice, values, and marketing goals.
- Community Management:
- Foster and maintain a positive online community by engaging with followers, responding to comments and messages, and addressing inquiries or concerns.
- Monitor social media channels for trends, discussions, and opportunities to join relevant conversations.
- Campaign Management:
- Plan and execute social media campaigns to support product launches, promotions, and other marketing initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate social media into overall marketing campaigns.
- Analytics and Reporting:
- Use social media analytics tools to track and analyze performance metrics, providing regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Make data-driven recommendations to optimize content and strategy.
- Social media advertising:
- Develop and manage paid social media advertising campaigns, ensuring effective targeting and budget management.
- Stay updated on advertising trends and platform updates to maximize campaign effectiveness.
- Collaboration:
- Collaborate with the marketing team, graphic designers, and other stakeholders to ensure cohesive branding across all channels.
- Work closely with influencers, partners, and other collaborators to expand reach and engagement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with social media analytics tools.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
