We are having an urgent opening for the position of  Brand Manager  for a reputed Real Estate industry  at the Mumbai (Ghatkopar) location.

 

Job Description:

We are Seeking a suitable candidate that leads brand strategy for developers' projects by driving innovation, market success, and creative excellence. Own brand vision, manage budgets, and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure project excellence and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take charge of our brand, envision its future, and lead the way in achieving our goals, with a special emphasis on developers' projects.
  • Partner with client developer marketing teams and our creative teams to co-create effective go-to-market strategies, ensuring these projects shine. 
  • Manage marketing budgets, define KPIs, track ROI, and optimize every activity for maximum reach and efficiency, with a focus on developers' projects. 
  • Stay on top of market trends, competitors, and consumer insights to identify opportunities and tackle challenges head-on for these one-of-a-kind projects. 
  • Lead digital campaigns for lead generation and enhance social media presence for heightened user engagement and brand recognition, especially for developers' projects. 
  • Develop compelling product propositions and implement powerful 360-degree communication strategies across all touchpoints, focusing on these unique endeavors. 
  • Be the creative driving force, from packaging to brand campaigns, digital, and retail - you'll oversee it all, ensuring developers' projects stand out. 
  • Curate impactful collaterals to support channel partners in achieving the success of these unique developer-driven projects. 
  • Partner with the sales team to proactively drive business success for these distinctive developments. 
  • Coordinate with the digital marketing team to ensure we meet our business goals and stay ahead of the curve, especially for developers' projects. 
  • Dive into social media and craft engaging content specifically tailored for developers' projects. 
  • Support with compelling pitch and review presentations, especially when it comes to developers' projects. 
  • Keep projects on track, aligned with our business goals, and make real-time adjustments as needed to ensure developers' projects soar. 
  • Build strong relationships with vendors and agencies to ensure flawless execution of marketing requirements for these special projects.
