HR Executive-Infrastructure company- Navi Mumbai (Kharghar)

Job Description:

We are having an opening for the position of HR Executive with one of our very reputed clients in Navi Mumbai (Kharghar).

 Job Profile:

• Handling Attendance.
• Managing employee training and documentation of training.
• Employee induction activities.
• Employee engagement activities.
• HR Policies.
• Employee Relationship management.
• HR Data Management.
• HR Documentation.
• Handing day-to-day HR operations.
• Handling office admin work.
• Handling All HR Generalist activities
• All Email Correspondence.
• Handling General Office Administration.
• Update internal databases (e.g., record sick or leave, absence)
• Prepare HR documents, like employment contracts, new hire guides, joining of new hires, inductions, overall document processing and verification, etc.
• Assist payroll department by providing relevant employee information (e.g., leaves of absence, sick days, attendance and work schedules)
• Handling Exit Interview Formality, Employee Grievances, Employee Engagement Activity.

 Requirements:

• Computer literacy (MS Office applications, in particular)
• Strong phone, email and in-person communication skills
• Education in Human Resources or relevant fields

Qualification & Experience:

MBA in HR min.2 years experience or Graduate minimum 5 years experience  as HR Executive in Infrastructure company.
