Job Description:

We have an urgent opening for the position of Assistant Manager PR & Marketing for a reputed FMCG MNC  company at Delhi (okhla Phase 3) location.

Job Description:

Male/Female candidate who can manage all activities of PR and marketing with the help of colleagues in PR and Marketing division.

The goal of PR and Marketing division shall be to increase our brand/product awareness with proper explanation/information about SHIROTA strain and health information. And it should reach to our sales expansion (As many people to drink Yakult as possible).

Our ideal candidate has experience developing and executing Marketing and PR activities, especially digital marketing while inspiring a team. You will be comfortable with day-to-day activities, as well as long-term strategy, thriving with tight deadlines and changing needs.

Key Responsibilities :

Marketing activities: -

  • Having execution experience in social media Campaigns, media Planning & Marketing.
  • Handling Mass media – TVCM, OTT, Newspaper/Magazine, News release and other media branding.
  • Market Research for the Brand awareness and review of all activities in Marketing and PR division, like Monitor, track, analyze and report on performance on Mass Media and PR platforms by using some measures and agents (Undertake audience research).
  • Grasping the advanced PR activities – Digital marketing, social media, and new/old advertisement in the market, like Research and evaluate the latest trends and techniques in order to find new and better ways of measuring digital and media activities.
  • Form key relationships with influencers across the Agent, KOL, Sponsor, celebrities, and social media platform

Management of PR and Marketing division as HOD: -

  • Be responsible for handling PR and Marketing division.
  • Well-coordinate with concerned section/staff/location on the related to sales activities
  • Support to the staffs in PR and Marketing division

Work Experience: 5 to 8 years (in Marketing and PR activities only)

Qualification:  MBA OR master’s in mass communication is preferable.

Personality

  • Needs to be a proactive person who can think on their own.
  • Time conscious-good with project management
  • Hands-on experience (not fully relying on agents)
  • Understands the instruction from the management, cascade to the team and manage.


Skill and ability

  •  Google Ads, Facebook Ads is Must. and Digital marketing.
  • knowledge of Mass Media (TVCM)
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English; comfortable as a public speaker
  • Ability to build strong relationships with key people or organization.
  • Ability and skill of Team management
