Job Description:

 
Job Location:   Navi Mumbai, (Kharghar) 

Job Responsibilities

• Administration and execution of HR functions including Recruitment & Selection, Payroll
• Administration, Assisting in Performance Reviews, Preparing Job Profile.
• Joining Formalities & Induction.
• Leave Management
• Compiling and updating employee records.
• Assist in employee engagement activities.
• Coordinate with recruitment agencies.
• Set up and organise interviews and ensure closure.
• Attend to all employee’s queries pertaining to HR policies & procedures.
• Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonus, leaves, etc)
• Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations etc)
• Manage the Training calendar and coordinate for Training activities.

• Perform other additional duties as assigned by the management

Administration: 

• Purchase and maintain inventory of office equipment, stationery and administer maintenance contracts of office equipment and facilities.
• Coordinate and maintain records for Office.
• Coordinate meetings and conferences.
• Assist in special events, Organising Birthday Celebrations Monthly and company activities etc.
• Assisting Guest, Managing Pantry, Housekeeping.
• Maintain site visit vehicle record
