Key Responsibilities and Duties: 

  • Assist clients in making a property purchase decision.
  • Understand the Client's need
  • Suggesting them a Second Home, Villa, bungalow, penthouse project as per their requirement

 

Candidates Profile: 

  • Should have good experience in selling second home projects, Villas, and bungalows.
  • Experience in Team Handling mandatory
  • An in-depth understanding of real estate value will be helpful 
  • Strong verbal and oral communication skills
  • Self-motivated and strong analytical skills 
  • Attention to detail, prioritization skills, and time management 
  • Maintain a strong relation
  • ship with key groups 
  • Motivational and communication skills
