Job Description:
We are having an urgent opening for the position of Lead Management / CRM for a reputed company at the Navi Mumbai (Turbhe) location.
Job Summary:
Lead management, lead tracking, and lead flow analysis are all responsibilities of this position. Accountable for project mapping and project alignment, coordination with the sales department. Keeping track of assigned leads.
Key Responsibilities :
- To manage /work on the leads and track the lead flow.
- To maintain the reports and the data related to the leads.
- To look after the lead assignment.
- To coordinate with TL and Managers about the alignment and Project trainings.
- To be active mentor for the team, solve their queries and track their training status.
- To check the enquiry on the CRM tool and share the information of the enquiry to the sales team.
- To maintain records of lead flow and booking.
- To track the leads and assign it to a particular Sales Manager.
- To be a support system for Sales Team.
- To look after the leads and note the feedback and remarks..
- To prepare various reports and perform audits..
- Any other work assigned by Seniors..
Candidates Profile :
- Proficient in a Microsoft Office Suite, Google Spread sheets.
- Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail with high IQ.
- Error free work.
