Executive Vendor & Partner Management - (Ed-Tech Industry)- Kolkata
Job Description:
We are having an urgent opening for the position of Executive Vendor & Partner Management for the reputed company in Ed-tech Industry in Kolkata .
Roles & responsibilities:
- Shortlisting and setting up meetings with vendors for production
- Setting up meetings both internally, with partners, vendors, and external organisations
- Visiting and managing deliverables/quality of vendors during production
- Ensuring all regulatory compliances such as bar codes, pricing, ISBN number and any others are in place
- Managing documentation such as scope of work, NDAs with vendors
- Getting quotes and costing from vendors and working with management for approvals
- Negotiation with vendors
- Co-ordination for payments, quality control & deliverables
- Working with partners such as offline stores, book stores and other sellers
Qualification:
- Any graduate degree
- Good communication skills in English
- Good MS Office Skills
- Preferably from the toy industry
- Between 4 to 5 years of experience
- The candidate should be driven and be willing to work in a start up environment
- Role involves travel to vendor and partner locations
Location - Kolkata, on site only. No remote working.
