Job Description:

We are having an urgent opening for the position of Digital Marketing & Strategy  for a reputed company Real Estate Industry at the  Mumbai (Ghatkopar) location.

Job Description:

We are looking for a Sales & Marketing Strategist set within the Marketing department, this recently segregated function would be responsible for pitching new business into the company, smooth onboarding of the same to the marketing and sales operations of Property Pistol Mandate Services (PPMS) alongside being the face of the organization amongst its client groups decision makers, influencers, and other industry specialists. The successful candidate will also be required to collect and review sales performance, market study to develop effective business campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and drive company's digital strategy in conjunction with the overall marketing objectives for the organization 
  • Own business targets from online channel and accordingly draft strategies, execution plans, interlock with product manager, run lead nurturing initiatives, engage with various marketing agencies and other marketing properties, monitor performance and own google analytics4, monitor conversions on real time basis on various cohorts and work very closely with call center to meet new business targets, own and manage digital assets for the company. 
  • Lead the digital brand marketing activities, including SEM, digital film production & promotion, social advertising, ideation of creatives for various marketing initiatives, website and microsite management & relevant web initiatives 
  • Design and Implement 360 degree integrated digital brand marketing communication for traffic & lead generation 
  • Create promotional & seasonal campaigns to achieve business objectives 
  • Managing the annual digital marketing budget project wise 
  • Overlook and meticulously manage project deliverables as per schedule, approved budget and objective 
  • Plan & develop strategies for digital brand visibility, online sales channels, social media & performance campaigns 
  • Optimize online marketing campaigns for digital product brand initiatives 
  • Track performance relative to targets and refine to optimize results
  • Able to analyze the lead journey in accordance with the Presales team 
  • Recommend and manage full year media campaign calendar and appropriate marketing tactics 
  • Undertake market and competitor research and analysis 
  • Prepare Digital health card for each and every project under the market analysis and research 
  • Keep up-to-date with search engine technology, methods, tools and relevant industry innovations 
  • Monitor search engine ranking and traffic reports to assess areas of potential improvement.
  • Monitor, track, and report, websites traffic including trend analysis using site analytics solutions such as Google etc.
  • End to end delivery of digital marketing from strategizing, conceptualizing, development of creatives, execution and monitoring the performance 
  • Drive digital media spends for, to meet digital and brand objectives of the marketing campaigns 
  • Development innovative website functionality as per industry standards and benchmarks 
  • Provide direction to third party agencies to design, develop, and support digital activities 
  • Determine key messaging and develop creative briefs for tactical campaign executions 
  • Develop and foster positive relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure efficient, effective delivery of campaigns in a timely and brand-consistent manner

Qualification: 

  • MBA/PG from Tier 1 Institute with specialization in Marketing (Sales) 
  • 5-7 years’ experience in Performance Marketing 
  • Expert in lead generation and conversion
