Job Description:

Operational:

• Retain the transparent communication channel with Corporate HR department and inter department representative members.
• Maintain & monitoring of HRIS with relevant addition and deletion.
• Recruitment scheduling according to General Manager – Works with approved RRF.
• Induction through the Emplyee handbook to the new members onboarding.
• Attendence control and strict monitoring of in & outs relates to staff and workers .
• Salary & Wages Management of Bhagirathi Packaging Pvt Ltd
• Maintain and abide all the possible merits of Factories Acts, other Statutory acts. Continuous update with the statutory acts through Corporate HR Dept and laision with concern Local Govt Authorities, Administrative functionaries.
• Rolling of with company Codes of Conduct /regulations/Policies among members.
• Mentoring/Councelling the members as and when need basis.
• Communications in the MS outlook on daily basis with proficient mailing etiquete.
• Conducting the performance appraisal according to policy and Corporate HR Department.
• Mapping the training need among the staffs & workers of the unit, preparation of training calender and monitoring on the training schedule.
• Monitoring the framed EEPs on regular basis and develop the new ideas.
• Responsible for F & F settlements at unit level with Exit Management Formalities.
• Strict controll over the deployed contractors and registered workers under them.
• Exercise on conituous adherence of statutory formalities in the production unit.
