We have an opening for the post of Asst. Manager Customer Support for a reputed Infrastructure company in Navi Mumbai(Sanpada).

Qualification: Graduate

Experience: 1 to 2 Years

Salary:As per company Norms

Week Off: Sunday & Sat Half Day

Job Description:

• Handle team of 2 to 5 people of post customer service team.
• Make Collection /payments from existing or new customers.
• Resolve the queries of customer through call / in office.
• Carried out the flat handover inspection process.
• Provide loan related information to customer.
• Maintain relationship with bank or customers.
• Raise demand letter of customer.
• Provide details of agreement after the registration of customer through mail/whats up/call.
• Handled agreement/loan related queries of customers.
• Manage the team and set goal to carried out smooth operation of collection process.
• Understand about root cause analysis of process.
