Job Description:
We have an opening for the post of Loyalty & Referral for a reputed Company for their Navi Mumbai(CBD Belapur) Location.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work with clients to develop a customized plan that meets their specific needs and goals.
- Negotiate contracts, prepare offers, and guide clients through the closing process.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to generate repeat business and referrals.
- Generate leads and identify potential clients through networking, referrals, and online sources.
- Meet with existing clients to discuss their real estate needs and requirements.
- Show properties to clients and provide them with information about the features and benefits of each property.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the real estate industry.
- Attend industry events, conferences, and seminars to network with other professionals and stay current with industry news and trends.
- Collaborate with other team members to develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new clients.
- Fix meetings with the prospects to conduct need analysis and explain products
- Implement and adhere to Need Based Selling Model.
- Work with cross-functional teams to implement campaign activity including: Marketing team,
- Digital marketing teams, Loyalty Program Management teams and Category & Retail teams
- Manage the implementation of integrated marketing campaigns within the timelines and budgets.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Self-motivated and driven to achieve sales goals.
- Bachelor's degree
