Job Description:
We have an opening for the position of Customer Relationship Executive for a Reputed Company at the Delhi (Okhla Phase 2) location.
Key responsibilities :
- Responsible for taking calls, and responding to emails and chats.
- Handle customer complaints, and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits
- The candidate will be aligned with our Customer Support vertical and help us manage/resolve customers' queries, handle escalations and complaints of dissatisfied customers & giving the best resolutions.
- Strong ability to multitask and take fast decisions independently
- Maintains composure and patience with customers
- Strong listening and presentation skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Passionate, ambitious, and aspiring toward Customer Support
Working Days - 6 days
Candidate Profile :
- Good English communication and English writing skills.
- Good follow-up skills
