Assistant Manager-Sales-Dubai/Abu Dhabi/Doha
Job Description:
We are having an urgent opening for the position of Assistant Manager-Sales for a reputed real estate company in Dubai/Abu Dhabi/Doha location.
Responsibilities:
- Organize, Plan and Implement (real-estate) project specific sales.
- Discuss and follow-up on opportunities with prospective buyers.
- Coordinate site visit with prospective buyers and enable deal closure.
- Handle daily operations including internal company CRM tools.
- Take ownership and initiative to hone up real estate knowledge and stay up-to-date with rules & regulations in the real estate market.
- Maintain cordial relationships with Prospective buyers and other customers of the company.
- Generate, qualify leads and prospect for new business.
- Source and develop client referrals.

Additional pointers to be considered:
- A Valid passport
- No history of being deported/blacklisted from UAE/Qatar
- Prior work experience in the UAE/Qatar
- Have lived in the UAE/Qatar in the past
- Have family in the UAE/Qatar
- Notice Period (if any) should be less than a month
- No medical history of the following - HIV and AIDS screening, Pulmonary tuberculosis, Leprosy, Hepatitis B, Hepatitis C
- Family Background- are there financial commitments, dependency for taking care of any family member etc.
- No of job switches in the past and the frequency of it.
- Attested degree certificates from the ministry of foreign affairs.
