Team Lead/Manager-Sales- Dubai/Abu Dhabi/Doha
Job Description:
We are having an urgent opening for the position of Team Lead/Manager-Sales for a reputed real estate company in Dubai/Abu Dhabi/Doha location.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, implement, manage and oversee sales strategy.
- Build and coach a high performing team.
- Onboard and manage developer relationships.
- Provide Market intelligence to the senior leadership team.
- Drive revenue generation for the specific region/project.
- Take ownership and initiative to hone up real estate knowledge and stay up-to-date with rules & regulations in the real estate market.
- Provide location and project training to the team.
- Generate, qualify leads and prospect for new business.
- Source and develop client referrals.

- A Valid passport
- No history of being deported/blacklisted from UAE/Qatar
- Prior work experience in the UAE/Qatar
- Have lived in the UAE/Qatar in the past
- Have family in the UAE/Qatar
- Notice Period (if any) should be less than a month
- No medical history of the following - HIV and AIDS screening, Pulmonary tuberculosis, Leprosy, Hepatitis B, Hepatitis C
- family Background- are there financial commitments, dependency for taking care of any family member etc.,
- reasons to move countries
- No of job switches in the past and the frequency of it.
- Attested degree certificates from the ministry of foreign affairs.
