Client Profile:

Job Profile :

  • Handle post sales of the properties (Residential, Commercial, Lands, Plots, Bungalows, Warehouse etc) projects,
  • documentations, customer support, grievances and issues, collections and relevant legal issues.
  • Should possess good communication skills and convincing abilities to handle objections and queries of Booked
  • customers for sharing updates and transactional information.
  • Post booking, check for all documents, make welcome call, Confirming booking details with the customer in
  • welcome call.
  • Follow up with customers on payment dues, registration and update all communication done with the customer in
  • Company software system
  • Ensure prompt service and promptness in handling customer issues & complaints.
  • Send mailer on regular basis.
  • Resolve any issues of key clients and follow-up on submittals.
  • Take responsibility for Resolving customer complaints quickly and efficiently as per Turnaround time
  • Intimate Booked customers (Especially Loan/EMI customers) on the payment schedule, and coordinate with
  • customers and Financial Institution for collection.
  • Maintain relationship with customer through constant engagement
  • Follow Up with channel partners for their client update
  • Responsible for agreement registration, collection follow up with the clients for payment, customer related
  • documentation & registration/ execution of Agreements
  • Customer Experience, Collections, Loyalty, Referral Banking, Sales Tool Implementation and MIS
  • Ensure Festival Greetings and Birthday and Anniversary messages and mails are sent to customers through
  • mail/WhatsApp from company official id.
  • Checking & doing booking entries in system

Required Candidates Profile:

  • Draft communication mails to customers independently.
  • Maintain and assume full integrity and honesty while delivering the official duties and responsibilities
  • Coordinate with internal & external stakeholders
  • Ensure highest level of sincerity, integrity and transparency while dealing with customers.
  • taking references from existing clients for further sales.
  • Target oriented and proactive.
  • Excellent communications, negotiation and presentations skills.
  • Should be a Team player
  • Should have a flair for establishing an instant rapport with clients.
  • Ability to work independently.

 Languages Desired & Must know: English, & either one or 2 or more from (Tamil Malayalam, Kannada, Telugu)
