Job Description:
We have an urgent opening for the position of Operations Manager for a reputed company in (the Medical Loan Industry)at the Andheri location.
Job Description:
- Ensure that loan / KYC documentation is accurate, complete, and properly executed as per internal and regulatory guidelines
- Scheme confirmation/verification of hospitals as per tie-up criteria.
- Loan disbursement
- Accounting for disbursed loans.
- Esurance disbursement TAT
- Responsible for scheduled payouts on due dates for Finance Partners
- Compliance training of the team field team
- Safekeeping of loan documents
- Responsible for dealing with respective bankers/FIs relating to disbursements
- Managing the cash flow and ensuring the availability of required funds.
