- Traveling to the client s location to solve software and electrical-related issues.
- Responsible for installations of GYM equipments.
- Attending Customers
- Timely and professionally handle field service calls
- Responds to customer complaints, evaluates and resolves problems of the customer.
- Perform hands-on on-site troubleshooting, service and repairs
- Create and maintain service information in the company enterprise database
- Build a positive relationships with customers
Requirements:
- Min 2 -3 years experience.
- Education desired – ITI in Electrical, Mechanical, Electrical or Diploma.
