Job Description:
- Handling the entire Recruitment process of Teachers, Staff & Interns-ad posting, sourcing, calling, setting up interviews & conducting the onboarding process.
- Assessing Teachers on call, filtering their candidature & scheduling their Interviews.
- Assisting in employees hiring & training process.
- Assisting in College visits for placement drives.
- Issuing Employment Contracts & verifying completion.
- Prepare Reporting & Analysis required to increase the efficiency of the work.

- English proficiency
- Good Organisational skills, friendly & professional demeanour,
- Knowledge of Excel, Word, etc.
