Job Description:
Plans, procures and maintains molds & spare parts need to support
production requirements.
•
Responsible for analyzing and solving the problem related mold, parts
quality, machine and efficiency.
•
Implement quality improvement initiative at Molding location & filling
line.
Ensuring mold performance as well as maintaining the best quality of
product.
•
Develop and maintain strong relationship with internal and external
stakeholder.
•
Identify, update and managing the spare of critical & non critical.
•
Implementation of Kai-Zen and improvement innovations
esponsible for Tooling Development functions, working with the
Technical Manager
•
Interaction with the Industrial Design dept & Product design Dept in
relation with part DFM & Tool DFM, modification activities
•
Responsible to attained the trial at vendor place and coordination
