Job Description:
We have an opening for the post of Jr. Sales Admin. – Retail Sales (RT) for a Multi-National FMCG company in Hyderabad.
Job responsibilities :
- Maintain and update the daily sales data to Corporate Headquarters (CHQ).
- Updating and supervising cash, cheque, and credit outstanding of the customer.
- Making a list of the invoice for the payment of organized retailers.
- Managing petty cash (petrol/ diesel, parking fees, etc.).
- Maintaining and updating the Petro card details.
- Receiving cash and cheque and deposit to the bank.
- Updating the new store development.
- Maintaining the outlet list.
- Maintaining the Visi cooler list and the inventory status.
- Keeping a stock of the POP materials.
- Checking the morning stock is taken and evening return.
- Cooler and ice pack maintenance.
- Summarizing the monthly material inventory status.
- Conducting and supervising all other administration works (like business cards, ID cards, uniforms, etc.).
- Helping in general affairs and special tasks if any.
- Supporting and communicating well with all sales staff.
- E-invoicing preparation and handover to the Sales Representative (SR).
Age: 24 to 30 Years
Job Location: Hyderabad (Old Bowenpally, Secundrabad - 500011)
Special skills, mental or personality requirements: -
- PC skills like MS Excel & Powerpoint.

- Candidate must have a good command of English and Hindi language.
- Male candidate with good communication skills, comfortable working in teams, polite, punctual, and sincere towards work.
