Job Description:

We have an opening for the position of Business Development Associate for a Company at the Nerul location.

 

Responsibilities and Duties Selected candidate’s day-to-day responsibilities include:

  • Handling the entire cycle of Lead i.e., Lead Registration, Lead Follow-up, Demo Scheduling & Lead Conversions
  • Visiting Parent’s places for Student Counselling and presenting the benefits of enrolling the child with our company for Home Tutoring
  • Taking quick follow-ups from each Parent to close the Leads quickly in order to meet the Targets
  • Making sure Parent receives a very good Customer Experience in order to create mouth-to-mouth publicity among Parents
  • Maintaining & Updating Data of the Leads on Excel Sheets

 

Required Skills:

  • Preferred skill set: Keen interest in education. Being interested in mentoring students. A knack for sales & presenting an idea
  • Good Track record of lead conversions in past (at least for 2yrs.)
  • Excellent English Communication
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Quick in decision making
  • Responsible candidate who is doing everything in capacity to meet targets
  • Excellent Interpersonal Communication skills

 

Job Timings: Monday to Saturday, 10:30 am to 7 pm
