Job Description:
We are having an urgent opening for the position of Technical Recruiter for a reputed company at the Navi Mumbai (Juinagar) location.
Key Responsibility :
- Interact with recruiters to identify/shortlist candidates
- Good knowledge of technical/programming terminologies
- Schedule interviews and follow up with external and internal teams
- Conduct mass hiring/walk-in sessions
- Salary fixation and negotiation. Generate offer letters and confirmations
- Use of social media platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram to innovatively reach out to candidates
- Onboarding new employees and induction
Candidate Profile :
- Very good written/verbal communication
- Local to Navi Mumbai / Mumbai / Thane / Pune
- Immediate joiner (less than 30 days)
