Job Description:
Daily and Monthly Responsibilities:
- Generating New clients, Building relations with them.
- Working in partnership with the BD team, developing a sales team
- Gather customer and market insights to inform outreach strategies, increase customer conversions, and generate more qualified leads
- Identify the effectiveness and impact of current marketing initiatives with tracking and analysis, and optimize accordingly
- Present ideas and final deliverables to internal and external teams, and communicate with senior leaders about marketing programs, strategies, and budget
- Building positive client relations by checking in regularly and following up on active processes
- Making Branding and designing strategy
- Marketing strategy
- Deal with client requests and troubleshoot problems
- Identifying potential client services concerns and facilitating proactive steps
- Develop effective communication platforms for clients and staff
- Inspire repeat business from clients.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Computer literacy
- Calm, polite, and professional behavior
- Reliable and self-motivated
- Proven experience developing business and generating new clients, Visit client office
- Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills
- Metrics-driven marketing mind with an eye for creativity
- Master’s degree a plus
- Proven experience in Sales in the same industry
- Willingness and ability to travel
