Job Description:
We have an urgent opening for the position of Team Leader(Syndicate Sourcing) for a reputed Real Estate Company in Kandivali Location.
Job Responsibilities:
- Onboarding Channel Partners.
- Managing Channel Partners.
- Developing Channel Network.
- Mentor and guide a team of Asst. Sales Managers in channel management.
- Assist the team in obtaining the objectives and competently organize and execute the work.
- Educating them on new projects, coordinating and channelizing their efforts in order to achieve increased sales and profitability.
- Managing and marketing operations
- Establish a client base of organizations, associations, social, and corporate businesses through direct and indirect outside and inside sales efforts for the purpose of securing business for the Company to ensure that predetermined sales expectations are met and exceeded.
- Leading a vast area of channel management.
- Generating lead from Broker Network.
Candidate's Profile:
- Very Good English Communication.
- Go getting Attitude.
- Self-Motivated.
- Good Coordination and convincing skills.
- Team Handling Experience Must.
