Job Description:
We have an opening for the post of Assistant Manager Accountant for a reputed Company for their New Delhi(Janakpuri) Head Office.
Job Description:
- Accounting entries in Tally
- Completing books of accounts on Weekly and Monthly Basis
- GST and TDS Reconciliation
- Making Vendor in software
- Coordinating with vendors and making payment to them
- Making vendor payment reconciliation
- Well verse with TDS provisions (to be deducted on accounts payable)
- GST reconciliation and coordinating with them for correction
- Billing to parties via company software
- Follow-up for generating invoices
- Weekly Debtors Ledger Scrutiny, payment Reminders via call and email and confirmation.
- TDS reconciliation in tally, software and 26AS
- Confirmation of GST credit to parties
- Daily bank reconciliation and Monthly Bank statement reconciliation.
- Fund Management
- Handling Banking operation
- Monthly Invoice Report Preparation
- Submission of MIS on monthly basis
- Monthly GST calculation and Return
- Monthly TDS calculation and Return
- Support in Submission of ITR at the year
Candidate Skills:
- Can handle Clients and a team of 2-3 members & report to management.
- Have good communication skills & presentable skills.
- Have a good experience in Accounts Payable & Bank Reconciliation.
