Job Description:
We have an urgent opening for the position of Front Office for a reputed Company for the Andheri location
Job description:
- In charge of the Front Office Management and ensuring that the office standard is maintained
- Monitor stock and order office supplies
- Would send in the monthly Staff Attendance report (including contract staff)
- Hands-on experience with office machines (e.g. fax machines and printers)
- Ensure proper mail distribution
- Responsible for Meeting Management, Travel Management, and Stationary indent
- Assist with Administration that including Vendor Liaison
- Maintain certain MIS reports, PPTs, etc.
- Exbax, stationery, courier front desk management
- If can book a domestic train and flight then it better
Requirements:
- Must have a minimum of 3-4 years experience in managing a Front office with a reputed organization.
- Proficiency in English (oral and written).
- Solid knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel and Word.
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Problem-solving skills.
