Responsibilities

• Responsible for handling internal recruitments.
• Sourcing of Resumes from various sources such as job portals, references, databases, etc.
• Responsible for handling end-to-end HR processes such as recruitment, joining formalities, induction, grievance handling, database maintenance, PMS, and exit formalities.
• Maintaining various MIS
• Implement human resource best practice strategies and practices which contribute to the organization's ability to meet, identified human resource outcomes.
• Creating HR policies and practices to suit/meet the business needs.
• Manage compensation & Benefits, statutory compliances
• Conduct employee onboarding and help plan training & development
