We are having an urgent opening for the position of Manager Strategy (User Experience) for a reputed company Fintech Industry at the Vikhroli(Mumbai) location.

What does a User Experience do? 

  • This team ensures a smooth, uneventful, delightful journey for the customer on the app
  • This means looking at each functionality of the app from the perspective of the user and ensuring it is intuitive, seamless, and swift
  • We manage all communications required with the user
  • We draw patterns from user behavior and build and run rewards and offer campaigns that will ensure repeated transactions and usage of the app
  • We ensure that the product roadmap is robust and includes all relevant functionalities that the customer would expect going forward
  • We manage the customer queries and issues by coordinating internally with the tech and product team
  • We interface with the user to ensure smooth onboarding, transaction, rewards, and cashback process 

 

As a person, we would expect you to tick these boxes :

  • Demonstrate knowledge of testing, failing quickly, learning, and getting back on your feet fast in a commercially prudent manner.
  • Self-starter with an independent streak, who is keen on putting your own signature on the way marketing needs to be done. 
  • While having a personality is great, we would like your signature to read - fun and easygoing. 
  • Our team must love working with you and must look forward to all their interactions with you

Candidate’s profile : 

  • Should have worked in the customer success/engagement/retention team of a B2C mobile/web app company
  • Should have knowledge of consoles/tools used to understand, strategize and manage data about customers
  • Should be able to understand patterns in customer behavior and conceptualize improvement campaigns that will provide higher engagement measured by repeat transaction
  • Should have supervised work of teams of 2-3 juniors
  • Should be able to draft and prioritize customer requirements for the product roadmap
