We are having an urgent opening for the position of Regional Manager for a reputed Company at the Andheri location.

Job Description:

• Achieving & exceeding Business goals and targets pertaining to Sales and Collections. Decide and implement region-specific innovative strategies to meet business targets.

• Responsible for maintaining and improving the quality of the portfolio.

• Hire, monitor, and manage a team at the regional level 

• Establish and manage corporate and other partnerships

• Single point of contact between the regional team and the central team. He or she will have to coordinate with multiple stakeholders to solve real-time escalations on the ground

• Ensuring processes and policies set forth by the company are implemented on the ground and monitored to ensure 100% adherence

• Training and mentoring team members on a regular basis and giving them pointed feedback

• Transaction audits with detailed performance measurement and providing feedback for improvement to team members

• Ensure implementation of all marketing and promotional activities at the regional level and suggest a new and innovative promotional plan for the area of work.

• Keep a track of competitor marketing and promotional campaigns.
