Community Manager - Noida
Job Description:
We are having an urgent opening for the position of Community Manager for a reputed Company at the Noida location.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Community-first Approach - Ability to think from the relationship between an Artist and his fans to develop the entire strategy to build a vibrant community supporting the project
- Communication Skills - Lead the external communications to create the right image for the brand in the community. Ensure constant ideation to enable communities to be buzzing all the time
- Social Platforms - Understanding of social platforms in the new age for the Gen-Z and what drives / amplifies the Artist-Fan engagement
- Thinking Big and Small - Able to zoom out and view the larger picture as well as be able to focus on the tiny details.
- Growth Marketing - Always on the lookout for ideas to create virality of the product and grow the community through innovative means Experience: Tier 1 College
- 2 - 5 years of experience in building community for any product (D2C, Web3 project, etc)
- Experience with Discord / Twitter / Instagram
- Ex entrepreneurs / previous startup experience is nice to have
