Job Description:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Customer service orientation.
- Introducing the company to the customers over a video call.
- Presenting data as per the script to customers over a video call.
- Need very efficient explaining skills.
- To identify potential customers, and create new business opportunities.
- Post-sales mail communication to clients.
- Order and Payment follow-up.
- Email marketing.
- Generate New Enquiries & sending introduction letters, Quotations to Clients.
- Maintain Inward & Outward Record.
- Coordinate with the Logistics team for dispatch.
- To ensure the best after-sales support to customers.
- Able to maintain a high level of integrity in handling confidential information.
