Job Description:

We have an urgent opening for the position of Senior Research Analyst – Consumer Insights for Insights and the Digital Data Analytics industry.

Job Description:

  • Provide end-to-end analytical support for the given business lines
  • Gather & share insights that can be used to inform and support decision making
  • Provide oversight on the data analytics work plan to ensure all available information is generated to support the business’s needs
  • Regular interaction with business/product/functional teams
  • Devise actionable strategies from customer/marketing insights

 

Job Requirement:

  • 3-5 year’s experience
  • Should have worked in a market research firm or CMI vertical of a company associated with digital business
  • Must have experience in handling digital clients or should have experience working in the customer insights team of a digital company
  • Must have worked on visual communication tools like PowerPoint or Visme
  • Should be able to make business-related insights based on our data
  • Present analysis and recommendations via presentations and written reports
  • Must be able to add a consumer behavior perspective to marketing decisions by analyzing data and research activities to provide insights and recommendations

 

Skills Required:

  • Strong knowledge of data visualization tools like powerpoint, Excel and others
  • Strategic thinker with excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong analytical thinking
  • Logical and strategic thinking
  • Excellent writing and presenting skills with experience in developing content for a variety of audiences
  • Strong data analytical skills is an added bonus
