Business Development Job Description:
Business Development Person-Mandates is responsible for driving company objectives by sourcing new Projects through the Mandate/Sole Selling route.
We are looking for a resilient, empathic business development executive to contribute to the growth of our company. Business Development Executives will be responsible for finding new projects, encouraging existing Channel Partner community to leverage their networks to source Mandate Biz, and remain abreast of changes in assigned Micro Markets.
You will also be the eyes & ears for the Organization on the ground level and keep a close tab on any anticipated developments on project levels.
To be successful as a business development executive, you should attend networking events with the intention of attracting and retaining Builder contacts. Ultimately, an outstanding business development executive will keep a close eye on market feedback to ensure that we are always ahead of expectations from the Management.
Business Development Responsibilities:
- Facilitate Biz Development of mandate & brand development strategies to meet organizational objectives.
- Design, implement and facilitate annual marketing plan for the assigned Micro-Market.
- Development and implementation of quarterly BD plan to drive targetted Meetings in line with the annual plans - in consultation with the VP Mandate.
- Develop relevant marketing ideas and plan initiatives to drive Builder Meetings as per sales plan.
- Contribute to Mandate communication strategy development - offline & online, through the Syndicate Vertical.
- Monitor and track competition marketing strategies, product offerings, and other activities
- Familiarize yourself with all products and services offered by our company.
- Procuring new Mandates through direct contact, word-of-mouth, and collaboration with the CP & Builder Communities.
- Attending networking activities like CP/CREDAI Meets to research and connect with prospective biz opportunities.
- Maintaining meaningful relationships with existing CP’s & Builders to ensure that they keep us informed about any future developments in the assigned Micro-Markets.
- Suggesting Mandates to potential Builders and the advantage of doing the same with us.
- Crafting business proposals and contracts to draw in more revenue.
- Negotiating with CP’s to secure the Mandates while showing his future biz advantages.
- Equipping CP’s with the technical and social skills needed to enhance their networking skills
- Reviewing builder’s feedback and implementing necessary changes.
- Remaining in tune with trends & consumption patterns so that to ensure that our objectives of Biz are met.
Requirements:
- A Degree with preferably an MBA.
- Extensive Sales experience & Knowledge of the Realty Biz Cycle.
- Intuitive and insightful, particularly regarding human behavior.
- Ability to generate revenue by identifying pain points and suggesting Mandate services.
- Professional yet affable disposition.
- Neat, well-groomed appearance.
- Great networking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Resourceful, with outstanding research skills.
- Emboldened by challenges.
- Preferably Males with a flair to be Mobile.
