Job Description:

We have an opening for the post of Manager  Operations and Client Co-ordination for a company in the Manufacturing Industry at the Mumbai (Ghatkopar) location.

Job responsibilities :

• Closely working with all the inter-departments and managing general operations.
• Client Co-ordination.
• Client Mailing as per the instruction from the director.
• Sales-related coordination.
• Gather data from all the units (Production, Sales, Logistics, etc.) & keep updated on all matters.
• Filtering emails, highlighting urgent correspondence
• Acting as the first point of contact: dealing with correspondence and phone calls, responding to director calls, emails, or any business inquires.
• Arranging meetings indoor and outdoor with various clients.
• Interact with customer and sales representatives to handle both pre-sales and post-sales
• Handle and resolve customer inquiries/complaints via mail or phone in a timely and accurate manner
• Smartsheet updation.
• Order updates to the customer.
• Monitor Order shipment to ensure on-time delivery to customers
• Maintain database of customer sales orders and invoicing records

Candidate's Profile:

• Experience in Handling clients and operations in the Manufacturing industry.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
• Excellent time management skills
• Well-developed organizational skills
• Attention to detail
• Great verbal and written communication skills
• Professional discretion
• Sales or client relationship, the customer-facing prior background is preferred.
