Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with current customers via chat and email process
  • Utilize, update and maintain the integrity of information in the system.
  • Identifying customer needs.
  • Giving o call assistance as per requirement.

 

Requirements - 

  • Excellent written, spoken English communication skills.
  • Must be graduate from any field.
  • Fresher with good English communication or any customer or client-facing experience.
