Head – Learning & Development - Real Estate Industry - CBD Belapur(Navi Mumbai)
Job Description:
We are having an urgent opening for the position of Head - Learning & Development for a reputed company at the CBD Belapur location.
As a Training and Development Officer, you'll be responsible for:
- Identify training and development needs within an organization through job analysis, appraisal schemes, and regular consultation with business managers and human resources departments.
- Design and expand training and development programs based on the needs of the organization and the individuals.
- Developing training and learning roadmaps for the sales and non-sales employees in the company.
- Take care of the soft skills and personality development of the employees by devising regular and appropriate training content and programs for the fresher and experienced candidates in the company.
- Looking after the L&D of employees on a product, process, and soft skills, conducting various training sessions on selling skills, behavioral training sessions, leadership, and team-building training, and monitoring the on-field performance of sales.
- Analyze the impact of the overall L&D Program and explore course correction options for the teams.
- Devise mechanisms for monitoring and controlling the development of the teams with regards to the overall performance in soft skills and in sales skills through regular audit and exercises.
- Amend and revise programs as necessary, in order to adapt to changes occurring in the work environment.
- Plan and assess the 'return on investment' of any training or development program.
- Monitor and review the progress of trainees through questionnaires and discussions with managers.
- Create and/or deliver a range of training using classroom, online and blended learning.
- Manage the delivery of training and development programs through the trainer's team.
- Help managers and trainers solve specific training problems, either on a one-to-one basis or in groups.
- Keep up to date with developments in training by reading relevant journals, going to meetings, and attending relevant courses.
- Research new technologies and methodologies in workplace learning and present this research.
- Design & Implement Comprehensive Automated On-Boarding Experience including Timely Orientation, Support & Statutory Compliance.
- Build training programs from scratch (from the initial idea through planning, implementation, review, and outcomes analysis) and delegate work to other members of the learning and development team.
- Work closely with and influence senior leaders and stakeholders.
- Evaluate organization’s and employee’s needs.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in training and development, preferably in the service sector
- A master’s degree or similar degrees in Training & Development/Human Resources/Psychology/Business strategy.
- Must have successful experience facilitating training campaigns, Project management, and budgeting skills.
- Innovative and transformative mindset to identify performance improvement opportunities and develop solutions in form of training programs
- Confident to head a digital training culture and familiarity with e-learning platforms and practices
- Preference to candidates having one or more certifications similar to MBTI certification, Certified in Emotional Intelligence, psychometric profiling certification, Kirkpatrick Certification, Train the Trainer certification from the reputed organizations.
- Proficient in MS Office and Learning Management Systems (LMS)
- Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills; sharp business acumen
