We are having an urgent opening for the position of Executive/Sr. Executive Admin for a reputed company at the Lucknow location.

Job Profile:
- Should have a minimum of 3 years experience as admin executive
- General office administration & facility management (F&B, Housekeeping & Security, property AMC, etc).
- Good in Excel, preparing MIS reports & maintenance of all official records.
- Maintaining documents
- Good in Coordination & Communication
- Experience in fleet management (preferred)
- Supervise support staff and their work; maintain their roster and attendance on a daily basis.
- Keep proper records & maintenance of vehicle logbook, etc.
- Keep a track record of AMC agreements, renewals, etc.
Candidate’s Profile:
- Multiple branch Administration handling experience.
