Job Description:
We have an urgent opening for the position of Presales Executive for a reputed Real Estate Company at the Mumbai location.
Key Responsibilities: -
- Making Outbound calls on a daily basis to the customers and understanding their actual requirements and budget for Commercial Property.
- Managing leads from various sources and generating potential customers to various project sales teams.
- To help the sales team qualify leads.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Attention to Detail.
- Handling customer queries.
Candidate Eligibility -
- Candidates must have good communication skills, confidence, and energy.
- Any Graduate / HSC is mandatory.
- Only Female candidates are preferred.
- Candidates staying till Churchgate to Dahisar location and CST to Thane will be preferred.
- The candidate should be an immediate joiner.
- Candidates should have a Pre-sales background of a minimum of 1 – 2 yrs from an International Contact Centre from a real estate background.
Shift timings – 10.30 AM to 7:00 PM (6 days working).
