Job Description:
Responsibilities
- Help design, build, document and maintain system interface
- Constantly be on the lookout for ways to improve the system, discover issues and deliver better value to the customer
- Integration of user-facing elements with server-side logic
- Writing reusable, testable, and efficient code
- Design and implementation of optimized, quality and readable code
- Understanding differences between multiple delivery platforms, such as mobile vs. desktop, and optimizing output to match the specific platform
- Implementing automated testing platforms and unit tests
- Understanding accessibility and security compliance
- Clearly articulate the solutions and also get there in the most efficient way
Requirements
- 4 - 6 years of hands-on experience developing complex enterprise software systems
- Previous experience in Angular 7/8, AWS EC2 deployment processes is a MUST.
- Must be proficient in Angular 7/8, JavaScript, JQuery, AJAX, Java, Servlet, JSP, MySQL, HTML5, CSS, Bootstrap, Basics of React JS, GIT, Jenkins, Deployment
- Good understanding of Agile is a MUST
- Good understanding of UI and UX design principles.
- Experience building UI components using the latest in web technologies (e.g. Angular 7, Bootstrap) and languages (e.g. TypeScript)
- Solid understanding of REST APIs
- Knowledge of the MEAN Stack
- Excellent communication skills that would help in sharing ideas with peers and the senior management
- S. / M.S. degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related discipline
- Knowledge and experience adhering to software development life cycle best practices including test-driven development (TDD), unit testing discipline, agile development, and CI/CD strategies.
- An ability to translate real business problems into technical solutions.
- A track record of forging strong relationships and building trusted partnerships through open dialogue and continuous delivery
- Domain expertise in the BFSI domain (more specifically Supply Chain Financing, dynamic discounting) is a plus
- Willing to embrace work outside of your comfort zone, and open to guidance from others; you make mistakes, but learn from them.
- Passionate about building quality software and scaling technology to meet the needs of tomorrow
- Writing testable software every day, with a focus on incremental innovation
- Keen to learn about new technologies and business innovations across the industry
- Keen to work in a dynamic fast-paced startup environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills including technical writing skills
Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or any related field required
- Post Graduate in Computer Science or any related field would be a plus
