Job Description:
We have an urgent opening for the position of Manager Sales for a reputed Real Estate Company for the Navi Mumbai location.
Job Responsibilities:
- Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling, referencing & servicing of leads.
- Meet with prospects and clients interested in properties to offer them specific solutions
- Communicate with clients to identify their requirements and choice of property
- Coordinate the closing of property deals to ensure vital documents are signed and payment received
- Oversee arrangements to give prospective buyers the view of a property before closing deals
- Act as intermediaries liaising between property sellers and prospective buyers to facilitate property deals
- Conduct the inspection of a property to ensure the terms and conditions of sales are met before closing sales deals
- Provide periodic reports to company management on sales operations and generated returns using CRM systems
- Maintain contact with clients to have opened to discuss future business prospects
- Participate in seminars, conferences, training, and events to improve on existing job knowledge and expand personal network
- Other Work as assigned by Superiors
Candidate's Profile:
Reporting to: TL Sales
Req. Qualification: Graduate
Preferred Qualification: MBA/Diploma - Marketing
Preferred Industry: Real Estate
Experience: 1 year – 3 year
Salary Budget: 2.40 L to 6.00 L
