Job Description:

We have an urgent opening for the position of Area Sales Manager for a reputed Company at Gujarat location.

Job description: Key responsibilities

 

  1. Managing, training, and providing overall guidance to the sales team of an assigned territory.
  2. Setting reasonable sales targets to be achieved by the sales team.
  3. Monitoring the performance of the sales team and motivating members to meet or exceed sales targets.
  4. Traveling to potential and existing customers within an assigned sales area to present company offerings and build brand awareness.
  5. Utilizing outbound telephone calls, email communications, and face-to-face meetings with customers to close sales.
  6. Developing and sustaining long-term relationships with customers.
  7. Implementing a sales management process to assist the sales team in identifying and prioritizing key customers and prospects.
  8. Networking and developing a strong relationship with potential customers
  9. Ensuring timely achievement of sales target for the respective project
  10. Managing end-to-end all sales-related activities with the sales team related to the respective project  
  11. It is a complete B2B job. 

Area Sales Manager Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Management, or related field is preferred.
  2. Proven sales experience; sector-specific sales experience is preferred.
  3. Proven track record of meeting sales quotas.
  4. Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications.
  5. Excellent management, leadership, and organizational skills.
  6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  7. Outstanding negotiation and consultative sales skills.
  8. Effective communication skills.
  9. Exceptional customer service skills.

Education Qualification – Graduation and above in the field of Commerce only

Experience: Relevant 4-5 years of experience in leading Sales of the Service based organization  or its respective product/service

Education: Graduation or above with specialization in marketing or business education (preferred)

Location of Job: Surat (Candidate should be residing from SURAT, Gujarat Location only)

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Office timing: 10.30 am to 7.30 pm
