We have an urgent opening for the position of Sales Manager/Team Leader for a reputed Company.
Job Description:
Key responsibilities:
- Managing enrollments/sales for the respective project/program by developing a business plan that covers sales & their revenue
- Meeting planned sales goals.
- Setting individual sales targets with the sales team.
- Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary.
- Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team.
- Supporting team members on closing their Sales pipeline
- Executing ongoing training of your salespeople.
- Developing your sales team through motivation, counseling, and product knowledge education.
- Promoting the organization and products.
- Understand our ideal customers and how they relate to our products/services
- Reporting Sales and activities in prescribed reporting formats
- Tracking, monitoring consumer connecting by the team on the CRM
- Analyzing and improving consumer interactions by the team by listening to Real Consumer Conversations.
- Executive Expert Calls rendered by the team for closure
Sales Manager Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
- Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies.
- Experience in customer relationship management.
- Experience managing and directing a sales team.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Dedication to providing great customer service.
- Ability to lead a sales team.

Education Qualification – Graduation and above in the field of Commerce only
Experience: Relevant 2-3 years of experience in leading Sales of the Service based organization or its respective product/service
Education: Graduation or above with specialization in marketing education (preferred)
Location of Job: Thane (Candidate should be residing preferably from Central Mumbai or 30 to 50 km nearby Thane location)
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Office timing: 10.30 am to 7.30 pm
Salary (in-Hand): 30K to 35K / per month
