Job Description:
We have an urgent opening for a Back Office Operation Executive at the Kharghar(Navi Mumbai) location.
Description:
- Assisting and coordinating with the sales team.
- Performing admin duties including printing, sending emails, etc
- Administrative support for all data entry on daily basis in MS Excel.
- Making Sales MIS Report
- Assisting and supporting management
- Organizing staff meetings and updating calendars.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or similar field.
- Previous work experience as an Office Executive.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Knowledge of computer operating systems and MS Office software.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- High-level written and verbal communication skills.
- Good Excel and MIS knowledge in must.
